My practice is a communication-based movement meditation rooted in cyclical, interwoven dialogue with somatic principles, improvisation, raving, nature’s most fundamental forces ~ air, water, earth, fire, love, death ~ and my ancestral spirits.

I research in duration, studying these practices with an undivided commitment to accessing imperceptible slowness, trance state, and ancestral channeling
in order to continually achieve new physiological and universal awarenesses.

Embedded within my philosophy is the belief that anything can be witnessed as dance, choreography, and art. The difference between dancing and not dancing, movement and not movement, is a mindset.

If you’d like to dialogue about any of the aforementioned practices, states, or concepts, write me! Let’s talk.
